We are Southwest Michigan’s leading provider of anesthesiology services, an expert administrator of surgical services, and the region’s leading chronic pain management consultant. We provide the highest quality perioperative continuum of care, improving patient outcomes and experiences, decreasing costs, and increasing provider sustainability.
To every employee of KA, from front-line clinicians to dedicated support staff, improved outcomes that transform lives has institutional and personal relevance. As an organization, KA attracts, retains, and rewards people who appreciate the value of long-term commitments and of making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Building better healthcare and a stronger community.
KA is proud to be affiliated with several of southwest Michigan’s premier healthcare systems. They trust us to ensure their surgical service lines are beyond exceptional, and compare to the best found anywhere in the country. We are happy to work side-by-side with hospital surgeons, seamlessly integrated into the team and making a difference where we live. We are proud to be a part of a community where these exceptional healthcare providers share a passion to serve the community with distinction.
Taking surgery where it has never gone before.
We are moving beyond the four walls of the operating room. KA anesthesiologists are providing new tools and expertise for Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and to patients who benefit from nerve block technology. Regionally, KA is optimizing surgery in smaller facilities and for regional healthcare providers by matching an appropriate mix of qualified CRNAs to meet their surgical requirements. The result is better, more convenient, local care for patients and new opportunities for healthcare providers.
